General Condition of Use

1. Purpose

These General Condition of Use (GCU) govern the use of the mobile application Ultibet, developed and published by Dev2000, a French SASU (simplified joint-stock company) with a capital of €100, headquartered at 32 rue Malleret, 33000 Bordeaux, France, and registered under the SIRET number 91022482300021. The Ultibet application allows users to make predictions on Ultimate Frisbee competitions in a non-profit and recreational context.

2. Acceptance of the GCU

The use of the Ultibet application implies full acceptance of these GCU by the user. If the user does not agree with these terms, they should not use the application.

3. Access to the Application

The Ultibet application is available for free on download platforms for all users worldwide. Dev2000 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access to all or part of the application at any time and without notice.

4. Features

The application allows users to:

  • Make predictions on Ultimate Frisbee competitions.
  • Participate in occasional contests with non-monetary rewards related to Ultimate Frisbee.
  • Track their performance and that of other users in a non-competitive and non-financially-driven environment.

5. Liability

Dev2000 endeavors to keep the application operational and to update it regularly. However, Dev2000 cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions, errors, interruptions, or unavailability of the application, regardless of the cause.

6. Use of Personal Data

The use of personal data by the application is governed by the Privacy Policy, which users are invited to review.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the application, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and sounds, are the exclusive property of Dev2000 or are used with the permission of their owners. Any reproduction, representation, modification, or distribution, in whole or in part, of the elements of the application is prohibited without prior written permission from Dev2000.

8. Modification of the GCU

Dev2000 reserves the right to modify these GCU at any time. Changes will be effective upon their publication on the application. Users are encouraged to review the GCU regularly.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GCU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bordeaux, France.
